4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Subscription-based services renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Users can cancel subscriptions at any time via their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
A 14-day cooling-off period applies under UK consumer law. Additionally, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. If you have submitted and received feedback on any videos as part of a course with a Feedback Pathway, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to account for the feedback provided. Refund requests under the money-back guarantee may require proof of course engagement.
4.1 Payment Plan Terms
By selecting the payment plan option with any of our courses or products, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined at checkout.
- Payment Commitment: The payment plan is not a subscription; it is a commitment to pay the full course price in installments. You are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of course progress or usage.
- Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you meet the refund conditions stated in our policy. If approved, all future payments will be canceled, and any prior payments refunded. After this period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- Failed Payments: If a scheduled payment fails, you will receive a notification and have 7 days to update your payment method. If payment is not received within this period, access to the course may be suspended until the balance is settled. Access will be reinstated upon successful payment.
- Cancellation Policy: After the guarantee period expires, the payment plan cannot be canceled, and all remaining payments must be completed as agreed upon at checkout. If payments are not completed as agreed, access to the course may be revoked, and outstanding balances may still be due.
5. Course Access & Lifetime Membership
Access to courses begins once payment is received. If lifetime access is included, it applies for as long as The Keys Coach Ltd continues to offer the course as an active service, not the lifetime of the user. We reserve the right to update or discontinue courses as needed. If a course is discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure existing users retain access or receive an alternative course of equal value.
6. Feedback Pathway
For users enrolled in courses with a Feedback Pathway, a set number of credits will be provided for submitting videos throughout the course. All video submissions must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Feedback will typically be provided within five working days. In cases where delays arise due to high submission volumes, technical issues, or staff unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible, with a maximum delay of 14 days where feasible. If you request a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee but have already received feedback on one or more videos, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We aim to provide high-quality content, but we do not guarantee specific results or uninterrupted access. Course materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
